Strict adherence to prescribed installation guidelines as well as cleaning and maintenance procedures is required.

Product specific installation instructions should be fully adhered to.

2. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Products to be cared for according to product specific cleaning and maintenance instructions, to avoid premature product failure. This warranty does not make provision for product negligence and abuse.

3. CLAIMS

All claims will be subject to inspection by a Multi-flor representative before the claim is approved.

Approved claims will be credited on a pro rata basis, in relation to the use and time lapsed. Only claims from original purchasers, with dated proof of purchase will be considered. A purchaser may only claim replacement or refund on the material.

No product should be installed/fitted in a traffic area that exceeds its’ location grading.

Any potential claims should be reported to Multi-flor for attention.
